I'd like to Welcome you to Companions Who Care. Please take your time and look through this site carefully. Remember when you hire a house hold professional it changes your family's life forever. CWC offers a new approach to house hold employees.

Offering Providers for the Entire Family

CWC brings day care and senior care to your home. Our flexibility enables you to design a care system to fit your family's needs and your household Schedule.

CWC has a pool of carefully screened caregivers and household employees. All candidates go through a rigorous screening process which includes:
*Personal interview *Reference checks
*Criminal Checks * DMV Checks
*Sex Offender check
* Credit and drug screening upon request.

All candidates are over the age of 18, with a high school education or GED and able to drive a car. All of our candidates have had previous child/senior care experience.

Companions Who Care Meet & Greet Dates

We are not a staffing agency we are a placement agency. There is a big difference the agency's continue to charge you on a daily, weekly or monthly basics. Where CWC only charges you a placement fee. The house hold professional is your employee once hired. We do supply you with information on the when looking to hire a household professional. We walk you through how to choose a house hold professional the selection process. We supply you with tax laws and how to file taxes on your employee.

A family application and contract (will be sent to family when needed) must be completed in order to work with CWC. We have screened house hold professionals waiting for employment. Our Policies are to be viewed .

We offer Nanny's, Senior Companion's, Housekeepers, Pet Sitters and Personal Assistants. We offer professionals that we have screened for you to employee.
